Price Policy / APCs

Optimum Science Journal (OPS Journal) has not charged any fees under the name of application or evaluation since it started publishing. As is known, all articles published in our journal are open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. In this process, all transactions were carried out on a voluntary basis. However, publishing the Journal regularly and on time requires intense effort and time. OPS Journal has decided to charge an Article Processing Charges (APCs) as of 22 December 2025.

APC will be charged for articles sent to the OPS Journal, regardless of whether the article is accepted or rejected. In case the article is rejected or withdrawn by its author at any stage of the article evaluation process, the APC will not be refunded.

The account information for depositing the APC is below (PS: The name and surname of the corresponding author must be written in the description section. The receipt confirming payment of the APC must be uploaded to the system along with other documents during the article upload phase)

Article Processing Charges (APCs) : The open access publishing fee for this journal is $100 USD (papers presented at the OPSCON Conferences will be awarded a 50% discount).
